Restorative Yoga
Join us on Monday August 24th at 7:30pm for a much needed break from the hot and busy days of summer.
This class will use basic props and the principles of Thai Yoga to stretch the muscles deeper, release the tension in the connective tissues and restore the body and mind through guided meditation. You will work individually with instructor assistance throughout the class.
